Production Manager
We are seeking a Production Manager who will be responsible for launching new products at factories in Russia and abroad, as well as participating in the mass production of existing equipment.
Coordination of the regular equipment production process You will need to fully integrate into the regular equipment production process: * understand its purpose, the stages involved, and areas of responsibility; * understand what we are producing from a technical perspective; * monitor plan execution, work with risks; * manage the expectations of all involved and interested parties in this process (manufacturing plants, customers, and others); * improve this process and make it more transparent and understandable.
New product integration You will closely interact with the R&D department and partner ODM/JDMs, starting from EVT stages for producing engineering samples, followed by mass production. Your goal is the integration of new products into the existing equipment line for DCs, considering the evolution of engineering solutions and the construction schedule.
Structuring processes You will structure interaction processes with productions so that these processes are identical and understandable for everyone.
Process automation You will need to set tasks for process automation (issuing factory orders, document flow, receiving goods) and monitor their completion. You will also need to work with PLM/PDM.
