RTK IT is an accredited IT company providing a full range of services for the development and implementation of software solutions.
About the project: Implementation of innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of key company business processes.
One of the projects: NeuroGateway is an online platform where users can work with a variety of artificial intelligence tools and services in a unified workspace.
NeuroGateway can solve simple tasks such as:
- Working with a wide range of neural networks in a single window
- Creating Chatbots, AI assistants
- Generating program code
- Preparing presentations on a given topic
- Preparing marketing materials
- Transcribing meeting minutes and preparing protocols
- Creating a personal neural network space
- A unified window for multimodal work
- The project is under active development
What you will do:
- Forming and developing product vision:
- Defining and regularly updating Product Vision
- Formulating the Value Proposition for each user segment
- Developing and maintaining the product strategy for a 1-3 year horizon
- Defining target business metrics for the product (revenue, number of users, DAU/MAU, conversions, NPS, etc.)
- Analyzing the market landscape and competitive environment
- Forming and defending business cases for product development
- Managing the product roadmap:
- Developing and maintaining an up-to-date roadmap with quarterly detail
- Aligning the roadmap with the Steering Committee, management, and stakeholders
- Balancing strategic initiatives, user requests, technical debt, and regulatory requirements
- Regularly reviewing priorities based on data and feedback
- Managing the product backlog
- Working with development teams
- Managing APIs and integrations
What we expect from the candidate:
Experience:
- 5+ years in the role of Product Owner / Product Manager, with experience at the Head of Product / Product Director level being an advantage
- 2+ years with AI/ML products
- 3+ years managing a product backlog
- 3+ years of forming product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience managing a portfolio of several products simultaneously
Education:
- Higher technical education (Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering) or related (Physics, Economics, Management) with a strong technical background
- Additional education in Machine Learning / Data Science / AI
Technical knowledge:
- Basic types of AI models and ML model lifecycle
- AI model quality metrics
- LLM architecture, their capabilities and limitations
- Web application architecture
- REST API, gRPC, WebSocket — design and usage
- Developer Experience principles
Soft skills:
- Leadership qualities, experience managing stakeholders at the C-level
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Adaptability and ability to work in conditions of uncertainty
- Ability to form and lead a team
