We are looking for an Intern for Partner Relations and AI to join the Changellenge career development platform team.
Changellenge >> is a strategic HR partner for large companies, working with talented youth, building effective corporate culture, and fostering meritocracy from within.
We invite students and graduates to undergo an educational internship in business development, partner communication, and AI. This internship is for those interested in people, business, and artificial intelligence. You will learn to understand the strategies of large companies, find ideas for collaboration, and help turn them into real projects using strong communication and AI tools.
The internship is part of the "Non-Master's Program." Over 6 months, it helps you master basic skills and prepare for a junior specialist role. Even if you have no prior experience working with partners, you will complete training assignments based on real business cases under the guidance of experienced mentors.
What you will learn:
Working with partners:
- Study large companies and understand which Changellenge >> projects might interest them;
- Find the right people in companies and initiate contact — via messages and short calls;
- Generate ideas for collaboration and help turn initial interest into a joint project.
Using AI in work tasks:
- Use GPT and Claude to research companies, prepare presentations, and initial proposal drafts;
- Improve prompts, AI templates, and workflows to help the team solve tasks more effectively.
You will definitely be a good fit if you:
- Already use GPT, Claude, or other AI tools and want to learn to apply them in business tasks;
- Are not afraid to be the first to write and call unfamiliar people;
- Formulate thoughts clearly and structurally;
- Can quickly find and verify information;
- Keep agreements and calmly work with feedback.
It will be a plus:
- Experience working with partners — in a student community, event, or project;
- Ability to create and improve prompts, verify AI responses;
