Tasks
- Development of creative concepts for VK marketing, product, brand, and partner campaigns
- Generation of unconventional ideas for promoting products, services, special projects, events, and federal communication campaigns
- Preparation of creative briefs for designers, copywriters, production, SMM, and contractors
- Participation in the development of communication strategies, key messages, and creative platforms
- Development of mechanics for special projects, integrations, offline and online activations
- Preparation of presentations with creative concepts for internal defense and presentation to management, partners, and external clients
- Search and analysis of global and Russian trends in marketing, digital, culture, technology, media, and user behavior; adaptation of best practices for the VK brand
- Participation in the development of a corporate visual language for campaigns, events, and brand communications
- Search for new formats for audience interaction and testing of creative hypotheses
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and formulation of recommendations for future projects
Requirements
- From two to three years of experience in marketing, an advertising agency, a creative studio, or an in-house brand team
- Portfolio of developed creative marketing campaigns
- Developed creative thinking and high visual awareness
- Skill in preparing presentations and convincingly defending creative concepts (PowerPoint/Keynote/Figma)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Systemic thinking, independence, and high responsibility for results
- Interest in modern technologies, digital products, media, content, and social commerce

Experience with neural networks and AI tools.
