We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop digital out-of-home advertising (DOOH) for Yandex Advertising. You will play a key role in product promotion, positioning, scaling among advertisers, and creating comprehensive advertising solutions within the Yandex Advertising ecosystem.
Product Promotion You will develop the strategy and positioning for DOOH within Yandex Advertising's solution portfolio, form unique selling propositions (USPs) for different advertiser segments (brands, agencies, small businesses), analyze the target audience, and create effective touchpoints and acquisition channels. You will also assess the current position of Yandex Advertising's DOOH, track market trends, and adapt the DOOH promotion strategy accordingly.
Package Deals and Joint Sales You will develop combined advertising packages (e.g., display + DOOH advertising) to enhance customer value. You will work closely with sales, product, and analytics departments to implement cross-selling. You will need to analyze advertiser needs and propose customized combinations of outdoor advertising and other Yandex Advertising products.
Product Penetration Growth You will develop a plan to attract new clients and increase penetration among existing ones, launch marketing and advertising campaigns for a B2B audience using a multichannel approach: digital promotion, webinars, case studies, participation in industry events, launch of special projects, and other formats and mechanics.
