Tasks:
- work with real cases of legal support for corporate client lending transactions
- participate in the development of digital infrastructure for legal support
- interact with cross-functional teams and find non-standard solutions for automating legal expertise
- propose solutions aimed at AI transformation of business processes within the department
- implement projects within the ESG agenda, including social projects
Requirements:
- higher legal education and/or higher IT education (including bachelor's or master's student)
- ability to systematically analyze and apply Russian legislation in the field of corporate law
- possess analytical skills, know the basic principles of logic and be proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project)
- have developed communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- proficient in modern prototyping tools, LLM skills at a confident user level
- know the basics of workflow automation and programming, think creatively
- experience in writing simple algorithms in Python/pseudocode will be an advantage
