We are currently looking for a designer (Junior/Middle) to help develop the company's internal services:
- mobile application for sellers
- web admin panel for customer service
You will not just be drawing screens, but actually influencing how people work every day. Make the interface more convenient – and it will be easier for the seller to help the buyer, and for the operator to resolve issues faster. This is the hidden, but very important work, where design brings value to the business.
What you will be doing:
- Designing user scenarios: from initial sketches to final mockups
- Thinking through all interface states: empty states, errors, loading, and edge cases
- Developing and maintaining the design system
- Ensuring interface consistency
- Presenting solutions to the team and justifying the design approach
- Working closely with developers and product managers – from idea to review of the final implementation
- Influencing the usability of internal products that employees use every day
We would be interested in talking to you if you have:
- Product / UX/UI design experience of 1 year or more
- Proficient in Figma
- A portfolio with real projects
- The ability to complete tasks to the end
- Attention to structure, logic, and details
- User empathy and a habit of asking questions
- Understanding of iOS and Android guidelines
- Willingness to accept and discuss feedback
- Interest in development and new approaches in design
- Experience interacting with a development team
