Growth Manager (with a focus on the website)

Work format: office in St. Petersburg or Moscow

Responsibilities: • Website traffic control and growth, launching new directions • SEO: collecting and clustering semantics, forming structure, defining requirements for texts, on-page optimization, launching new pages • Development and launch of new website pages: structure, content, coordination of designers, copywriters, and developers • Monitoring trends and prompt launch of pages for current demand • Working with analytics and KPIs: growth of organic traffic, positions, and conversions

Requirements: • Deep understanding of crypto / web3: Perps, Prediction Markets, DeFi, DEX/CEX, L2, stablecoins, etc. • Understanding of key market players: exchanges, protocols, media • Experience in SEO / content / growth with measurable results • Ability to set tasks and manage contractors / team

Will be a plus: • Experience with templating engines (nunjucks / handlebars / jinja) • Experience in fintech / crypto / trading • Experience launching SEO landing pages for product directions
