We are the Last Mile Technology team at VkusVill. We create products and digital solutions for the delivery segment: a courier mobile application, CRM systems, and operational management tools.
What you will be doing
- Manage projects for launching and scaling solutions in two areas: courier rewards / courier shifts — managing shift times and locations (slots, breaks, resource allocation by hours and locations).
- Manage the implementation roadmap: planning stages, monitoring deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
- Organize pilots, rollouts, scaling of solutions, and support the launch of changes — from a pilot in a couple of dark stores to a full network rollout.
- Coordinate changes with operational teams: location curators, shift leaders, support — including the transfer of tools “from product to operations”.
- Collect feedback from couriers, business, and operational teams.
- Analyze implementation results and help improve product solutions.
- Help formulate, launch, and test product hypotheses.
- Maintain transparency on statuses, plans, metrics, and initiative progress.
Role Development Path
We are looking for a highly initiative-taking individual with an interest in product work. With successful development in the role, a transition to Product Management is possible:
- participation in shaping the product strategy of the direction;
- independent end-to-end management of product initiatives;
- gradual ownership of individual products or directions (including the entire “shifts and slots” area).

- Experience with mobile products.
