Opportunity to lead the HR function of an international iGaming group with 6 brands, 8+ offices, and a team of 400+ employees.

Key Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of a unified HR strategy. • Centralization of HR processes in several countries. • Development of performance management and reward systems. • Improvement of recruitment, HRIS, and people analytics. • Support for employee relocation to Spain.

The key requirement is practical experience in managing HR processes in Spain, including employment registration, payroll, and relocation of foreign employees.

Currently, three positions are open for experienced specialists ready to influence the development of international business. ✈️ Relocation support is provided for all three positions.
