We are looking for a Lead Project Manager (AI Transformation) at Ozon Bank.

Ozon Bank is a tech-savvy bank within one of Russia's largest e-commerce ecosystems. They build financial and non-financial products for millions of customers and sellers: cards, installment plans, transfers, financing programs, subscriptions — all available in mobile apps and web interfaces.

They are actively implementing AI in their production processes and are looking for someone to lead this transformation — someone who will make teams work faster and leave routine processes behind. This is a role at the intersection of project management, business analysis, and AI expertise. You won't have your own development team — you will be a driver of change: identifying areas where AI provides maximum impact, forming initiatives, commissioning solutions from internal platforms, and bringing them to implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for AI: conducting audits of IT product creation processes and determining processes with the highest automation potential;
• Managing implementation projects: detailing plans; commissioning solutions from corporate AI platforms; coordinating cross-functional teams; controlling timelines, quality, and risks;
• Transforming processes: implementing AI tools to accelerate work; forming standards and templates for new processes;
• Being an AI evangelist within the company: demonstrating AI capabilities on real team tasks and calculating the impact.

Requirements:

• Experience in product IT development in various managerial roles: development team lead, project coordinator, project manager, or 3+ years;
• Successful cases of implementing changes;
• Practical experience with AI agents;
• Familiarity with corporate AI platforms or MLOps processes;
• Experience scaling AI initiatives;
• Understanding of the software development process;
• Process analysis skills;
• Working with metrics — ability to calculate the impact of implementation.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the banking or fintech sector;
• Daily use of AI tools — you already know from practice where AI works and where it doesn't;
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python;
• Experience with BPMN notation.
