Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for attracting new clients and projects
- Active search for opportunities: tenders, pitches, direct outreach
- Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts
- Participates in the preparation and defense of commercial proposals
- Builds long-term partnerships with current clients
- Identifies new business development opportunities for current clients
- Conducts negotiations with clients at the marketing and brand director level
- Analysis and monitoring of the advertising market, trends, clients and competitors. Analysis of opportunities for the agency's business development
- Close work with the heads of the holding's advertising agencies, as well as media, strategic and creative account teams.
- Full monitoring of client project management, from the preparation of tender proposals to the signing of contracts.
Requirements:
- experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (preferably in advertising and marketing)
- good knowledge of the Kazakhstan advertising market and target audience, and understanding of the industry specifics
- excellent communication skills
- strong negotiation and presentation skills
- analytical and strategic thinking
- ability to work with CRM systems and analytical tools
- proficiency in English – from Intermediate level
Conditions:
- Financial remuneration is discussed individually
- Participation in key decisions and development of the holding's agencies
- Five-day work week from 9.00 to 18.00 (or 10.00 – 19.00). Hybrid format is possible.
