⭐️Main Tasks
Support and development of the Configuration Management process (CMDB).
Ensuring data quality in CMDB, including verification and cleansing of information.
- Participation in the setup and development of CMDB, data model construction, and process improvement.
- Assistance in performing routine operations: registration, update, and decommissioning of configuration items (CIs) in CMDB.
- Conducting regular CMDB audits for data accuracy and completeness (cross-referencing information with sources).
- Maintaining documentation (instructions, templates) for the process.
- Entry and updating of IT asset data (servers, workstations, network equipment, software, licenses) in CMDB in accordance with established procedures.
- Support for reports based on CMDB data.
- Interaction with IT asset owners (administrators, engineers) to collect and verify configuration information.
- Support for communication on configuration management process issues within the IT department.
- Learning and administration of ITSM tools used in the bank (ServiceNow, Netbox, Altevics).
- Studying the specifics of the bank's IT infrastructure and regulatory requirements (Central Bank of the Russian Federation).
⭐️Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Independent work with CMDB: setup, development, data model construction — not just filling out records.
Experience in administering or configuring ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Naumen, SimpleOne, Altevics) — not just using the system for ticket processing.
- Minimum relevant experience: from 1 year
Professional Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure basics: servers, networks, software, databases.
- Ability to interact with technical specialists, understand complex infrastructure issues.
- Experience in participating in the development and configuration of CMDB and ITSM processes.
