Requirements: • Identification and troubleshooting of malfunctions within the LAN/WAN network; • Work on tickets in the corporate ITSM system • Design and implementation of new network solutions and/or improvement of existing data transmission networks. • Installation, configuration, and support of network equipment and software. • Updating network equipment software, as well as Cisco ISE servers. • Backup and restoration of network equipment configurations. • Network performance monitoring and general network surveys to ensure its efficient and optimal functioning. • Development and implementation of network security measures, including protection against viruses, attacks, and intrusions. • Accounting for network equipment in the CMDB database. • Documentation of network infrastructure: Compilation of technical documentation for the network infrastructure and making changes to network diagrams. • Consulting colleagues on the use of network resources and providing technical support.
