Requirements:

• Solid experience in the Azerbaijani market with a deep understanding of FMCG dynamics • Strong track record of collaborating with distributors, sub-dealers, and Key Accounts • Advanced sales expertise — from negotiations to influencing and closing deals • Ready for frequent business trips and hands-on field engagement • Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is a plus) • Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
