Hi! Whale Studio here, a creative studio in the UAE market. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will not only take on project management — team loading planning, implementation and budget control — but also help maintain and develop client relationships.

About Whale Studio

— We are part of an international group of companies with assets in various industries.

— We work remotely within the Dubai time zone (GMT+4).

— Whale's office is in Dubai, while the team works from different countries.

(1) Deal Support and Project Launch

— Participate in processing incoming requests and conducting initial briefings.

— Help identify client needs, tasks, requirements, and shape client expectations.

— Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals.

— Estimate project timelines, resources, risks, and economics.

— Support the client during the negotiation of cooperation terms and preparation for project launch.

(2) Project Management

— Manage the entire project lifecycle — from client handover after the pre-sale stage to final delivery and project closure.

— Control the project structure, stages, checkpoints, and content, considering client goals, team resources, and commercial constraints.

— Adapt project processes to the specifics of the project using RACI Matrix, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and other management tools.

— Form project teams, distribute areas of responsibility, and organize effective interaction among all project participants.

— Manage project timelines, budgets, team workload, and margins.

— Coordinate the work of clients, team members, and contractors, ensuring process transparency and timely decision-making.

— Manage risks, scope changes, priority conflicts, and emerging project constraints.

— Work with Notion, TMetric, Google Workspace, Claude, ChatGPT, and other project and resource management tools.

— Maintain project documentation, reporting, and financial accounting.

— Analyze the effectiveness of project processes and participate in their development within the studio.

(3) Client Relationship Development

— Act as the primary point of contact between the studio and the client.

— Understand the client's business, their priorities, internal context, and key stakeholders.

— Monitor changes in the client's business, new products, initiatives, and potential tasks.

— Identify opportunities for further collaboration and participate in the development of client projects in design, marketing, and performance.

— Build trusting relationships that help turn one-off projects into long-term partnerships.
