Bonus Controlling Manager 🎰**

🚀 Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of long-term bonus strategies (casino / betting)
- Full cycle of work with bonuses: from idea and setup to launch and performance analysis
- Control and optimization of bonus mechanics with a focus on: retention, LTV, ROI
- Analysis of bonus metrics and player behavior
- Identification of growth points and improvement of campaign effectiveness
- Interaction with CRM, product, and platform
- Participation in the development of bonus tools and mechanics
- First line for identifying bonus abuse / fraud patterns
- Collaboration with the anti-fraud team
- Work with the VIP segment: control of bonus logic and customer experience
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino / betting)
- Deep understanding of: bonus mechanics, retention, LTV, player behavior
- Experience with bonuses: setup, analysis, optimization
- Experience with metrics and analytics
- Experience interacting with CRM / product / platform — will be a plus
- Understanding of anti-fraud processes (bonus abuse, multi-accounting)
- Experience working with the VIP segment — will be a plus
- Analytical thinking and data-driven approach
- English B1+
