HR Business Partner

Location: office — Cyprus / Kyiv / Yerevan

We are looking for a systematic HR Business Partner who will become the link between operational business goals and team potential. This role is for those who can translate business tasks into HR processes language and vice versa.

What you will do: • Build trusting relationships with leads and teams, acting as a change agent • Implement HR standards and policies, making them understandable and applicable • Advise managers on employee motivation and development issues • Participate in cross-functional projects and HR brand development initiatives

Who we are looking for: • Specialist with 3+ years of experience • Ability to balance the interests of the business and the team • Initiative and readiness to build processes from scratch, work with metrics • Strong communication skills: ability to gently but confidently drive solutions • Experience in iGaming is not required if you are willing to quickly immerse yourself in a high-risk industry
