We are implementing AI into Yandex Lavka’s business processes: we create agents that automate routine tasks across various areas — from development and analytics to operations and commerce.

Previously, we worked in stages: we selected a specific process — for example, tracking lost parcels, on-duty shifts, or fraud prevention among couriers — and developed an agent for it. Now, we are moving to a new level. Instead of numerous agents for individual tasks, we are creating “Cosmolets” — full-fledged AI systems that cover entire business functions:

• “Cosmolet of Operations” manages darkstores and helps achieve target quality metrics.
• “Cosmolet of Commerce” is responsible for working with suppliers, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• “Cosmolet of Products and Development” covers the entire process — from project idea to production support.

We are looking for a tech lead for one of the “Cosmolets”. The specific “Cosmolet” will be discussed during the interview — the choice will depend on your experience and interests.
