We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Middle/Senior) for the BCC Design System team.
If you are interested not just in creating individual interfaces, but in building systems that scale to a large number of products and teams — this role might be for you.
— develop and scale the design system; — create Figma plugins and internal tools; — work with design tokens together with development; — participate in design reviews and ensure consistency of solutions; — work with developers from specification to release; — train and mentor product designers; — develop the adoption of the design system within the company.
What is important: • experience in creating or developing design systems; • deep knowledge of Figma; • understanding of scalable interface architecture; • experience interacting with development; • understanding of accessibility; • ability to use AI tools for coding and automation.
