About the Company Aurora Labs is a full-cycle AI studio. We launch tech projects from idea to implementation. Currently, we are scaling our key product N1 Hosting (premium server infrastructure) and are looking for a strong specialist to build an international traffic channel through influencers from scratch and quickly lead this department.

▪️What needs to be done at the start: You will completely take over the process of building a thought leader acquisition channel. Initially, you will independently test strategies, set up the infrastructure, and find converting mechanics. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to move on to hiring and managing your own team.

▪️Main tasks: ▫️Independently build a pipeline for working with influencers: from finding and initial contact to closing major deals in the international market. ▫️Develop and A/B test communication scripts (cold messages, follow-ups, offers), maximizing conversion rates. ▫️Maintain control over the technical aspects of the process: account registration, working with anti-detect browsers, proxy setup, and bypass of blocking mechanisms. ▫️Formulate simple content strategies for social selling. ▫️As the channel grows – hire, onboard, and coordinate a team of junior managers (up to 10+ people in the future).

▪️Who we are looking for: ▫️A specialist with a strong background in cold outreach, sales, and negotiations. ▫️A person with a deep understanding of the technical aspects (proxy types, sessions, multi-accounting). ▫️Someone who knows how to build processes from scratch and is not afraid of leadership responsibility.

▪️Important: Fluent English (Fluent/Advanced) with a clear pronunciation is required. A pronounced CIS accent will not be suitable, as all communication is with the international market.
