The 36.6 Pharmacy Chain is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and forecasting of sales for the macro-region
- Ensuring the achievement of the macro-region's target indicators: EBITDA, sales, staff turnover, churn control, inventory turnover
- General management of the macro-region's pharmacies, implementation of HR policy in personnel management, organization of professional certification and training
- Interaction with local government bodies, shopping mall managers, owners of rented premises
- Accompanying inspections by regulatory organizations
- Coordination of pharmacy openings/closings
- Control over compliance with licensing requirements in the macro-region's pharmacies
- Work with internal documents and regulations
Requirements:
- Experience as a regional/divisional director in pharmaceutical retail is mandatory
- Higher education, preferably in economics/pharmacy
- Experience in remote management of multiple units
- Excellent strategic planning skills, practical experience in change management, ability to take responsibility for results, ambition and result orientation
- Ability to build relationships, create and develop a team
Conditions:

- 5/2 work schedule of your choice: 08:00-17:00 / 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00, Friday is a shortened working day
