We are looking for a strong, attentive, and motivated Sales Manager who can work quickly with clients, calmly understand their requests, and see them through to payment.
Regarding income, here’s the range: from 45,000 ₽ is the base salary, 95,000–100,000 ₽ is the real level for employees who work well and excellently, up to 105,500 ₽+ for those who maintain a high pace and achieve strong results 🚀

What needs to be done?
- Call target client base.
- Process incoming client inquiries by phone and messages.
- Clarify the appliance model, breakdown symptoms, and the required part's specifications.
- Select original spare parts and confirm compatibility.
- Inform about availability, delivery times, warranty, and delivery terms.
- Guide the client to payment for the order and transfer shipping information.
- Adhere to company standards: accuracy of selection, politeness, response speed, and honest communication.
What results do we expect?
A good level is 100 paid orders per month. Key here are response speed, accuracy of selection, good business acumen, and the ability to convert an incoming request into payment without pressure or fuss.
