Responsibilities
- Development of sales campaigns on Python and Greenplum stack
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Product analytics, conducting A/B tests
- Participation in audit checks in all areas of Sber's operations: retail business, corporate lending, procurement, construction, compliance, financial markets, information technology, cash settlement services, cash-in-transit operations, human resources management
- Research and analysis of large unstructured volumes of information
- Identifying problems and preparing recommendations for improving bank processes
Requirements
- Higher education (economics/technical/engineering/physico-mathematical/IT technologies)
- Desire to understand business processes
- Skills in preparing analytical reviews and memos
- Ability to analyze and summarize large datasets.
- Experience in business analysis and/or reporting/Data analytics for 3+ years
- Proficient knowledge of SQL, Python
- Interest in working with AI and basic skills in interacting with neural networks
Will be a plus:
- Experience with BitBucket, Jenkins
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., AirFlow)
- Knowledge of retail and corporate banking products
- Basic knowledge of current trends in the AI technology market
