In the Plus AdTech advertising platform team, you will develop the platform logic for the offer platform.
Your main task is to be responsible for the logic of offer distribution and serving (domain model, display rules, segmentation, key event tracking, attribution, and basic reporting). Connecting offers themselves and delivery to inventory is not your responsibility: you will influence how decisions are made within the platform and how they affect serving efficiency.
Our team is part of Yandex Plus AdTech. You will work at the intersection of development, analytics, and other product teams that influence serving quality and platform results. The main focus is the platform logic for offers and its impact on efficiency, not ownership of demand or supply directions.
Develop offer serving logic Determine which offers the system shows to the user, when, and in what context. Improve the basic decision-making mechanics within the platform.
Design display rules Configure targeting, priorities, timing conditions, display and application restrictions, fallback scenarios, and deduplication. Ensure these rules are clear, consistent, and performance-oriented.
Develop the platform's decisioning layer Determine which signals, segments, and filters participate in the decision to show an offer. Understand where ML should be used in this logic and how to integrate it into a managed product process.
Describe the platform's domain model Define the key entities of the platform logic and the relationships between them. Transform complex internal logic into clear requirements for development and analytics.
Build tracking and attribution Determine which events need to be collected across the entire funnel, from distribution and display to acceptance, application, and target action. Develop attribution and basic reporting to understand how serving logic affects efficiency.
