iGaming brand is looking for a local leader to take charge of the launch and development of the business in Mongolia.

We are considering candidates at the Country Manager, General Manager, Head of Marketing / Operations level with experience in iGaming, betting, or online casino.

🎯 Key Tasks

Developing a market entry and development strategy for 🇲🇳 Launching marketing and affiliate programs 📈 Finding local partners, influencers, and contractors 🤝 Forming and managing a local team 👥 Working with payment infrastructure 💳 Analyzing the market, competitors, and key performance indicators 📊 Responsibility for business growth and results 🚀

🔎 Requirements

Deep knowledge of the Mongolian market Fluent Mongolian + English 🇲🇳🇬🇧 Experience in a management position Experience in iGaming / betting / online casino is desirable Understanding of local marketing, affiliate programs, and payments Experience launching projects from scratch Entrepreneurial approach and high level of independence 💪
