Key Responsibilities: — Develop the department's strategy, provide resources, and ensure effective program design. — Implement innovative approaches to portfolio monitoring and management. — Advise senior management on portfolio development and monitoring. — Create and implement corporate standards for portfolio and program quality. — Develop team leadership, motivate employees, and manage resources. — Expand the bank's presence in new program areas, increase value for clients and donors.

Requirements: — Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (prestigious university). — Experience: 15+ years in leadership positions managing large project portfolios in banks, international financial organizations, development banks, state corporations, or infrastructure consulting. — Skills: experience working in a multicultural environment, ability to build work with a geographically distributed team in different countries. — Languages: Russian - native, English - fluent (mandatory) — Location: willingness to relocate to Shanghai for full-time work at the headquarters of a major international Bank.
