Looking for a Head of Agentic Commerce at X5 Tech.

We are spinning out agentic commerce into a separate stream: there are initial products and pilots, and now we are moving towards a managed system for B2B and B2C agent interactions — between clients, products, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

The role is about the infrastructure, rules, and economics of new commerce.

Focus: • unified infrastructure and rules for AI agents on top of existing company solutions: AgentOps, LLMOps etc.; • managing agent scenarios together with product teams; • assessing economics and business impact; • controlling costs, quality, risks, and scaling.

The role is at the intersection of product and technology. Standard product frameworks work weakly here: it is necessary to connect LLM limitations, agent architecture, and the X5 ecosystem with real business opportunities.

We are looking for someone with experience launching new digital directions, strong systems thinking, and a willingness to dive deep into technology. Discovery, CJM, and the development of specific scenarios largely remain with the business and product teams.
