A rapidly developing company is looking for a Marketing Director to join their team of professionals.
Our goal is business scaling and launching new projects. We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing to complement our team and become a key driver for the development of the marketing and advertising block.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and participate in the creation of a marketing strategy and a brand events calendar;
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and its impact on key business performance indicators;
- Organize and effectively manage marketing activities aimed at attracting and retaining clients across all business areas;
- Marketing tasks: website, newsletters, design, presentations, brand packaging, nurturing campaigns, copywriting, lead generation;
- Interact with the media;
- Analyze and improve the customer journey;
- Form and manage a pool of contractors (designers, PR specialists, copywriters, etc.);
- Adhere to the company's corporate culture and values.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Head of Marketing/Marketing Projects for 2-3 years, mandatory in e-commerce;
- Experience in the Fashion industry for at least 1 year;
- Deep understanding of the operational algorithms of SPA salons;
- Knowledge of modern PR tools and market trends;
- Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people;
- Ability to make decisions based on data analysis;
- Ability to work structurally and in multitasking mode;
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with numbers and performance metrics;
- Proactivity, initiative, ability to build processes from scratch.
