What you will do
Management of the full online sales funnel: experience in building strategy for acquisition and retention from the first touchpoint to sale, including optimization of User flow and impact on key business metrics
Forming a promotion strategy based on unit economics, managing LTV, ROI and DRR, ensuring profitability at the per-customer level, managing efficiency (ROI orientation)
Work with product and web analytics: advanced work with metrics (CR/CPA/CPS/CTR/Retention), analytics systems (GA, Yandex Metrica, Amplitude) and hypothesis testing tools (A/B tests, cohort analysis, CustDev), participation in product development based on data
Cross-functional collaboration: establishing effective communication between teams (marketing, product, IT, sales) to achieve common business goals
Fulfillment of the budget plan for the year/quarters/months: forming a budget plan together with agencies and bank teams, control and optimization
Presentation of the department's results to stakeholders
Our requirements for candidates
Higher education
Relevant experience in 360 media advertising / banks or brokers in similar roles
Proven cases of increasing sales through online promotion, control of end-to-end analytics and attribution
Product thinking and UX: understanding of UX/UI and the impact of interfaces on conversion
Experience working with big data and data visualization systems (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
High degree of independence and responsibility: result-oriented, advanced communication and negotiation skills
