We are currently strengthening our product-commercial block, so we are looking for a product manager in the field of customer acquisition with experience managing IT products, who is accustomed to making independent decisions, critically evaluating inputs, and working in a mode of high responsibility and multitasking.

What you will be doing:

• Research the B2B market: assess market size and growth, key players, barriers, potential revenue by customer segments
• Manage metrics: sales funnel conversion, deal cycle, churn, average check, number of customers
• Manage product unit economics data
• Manage a team of solution engineers, as well as employees from the customer retention and business development blocks in the product department

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of experience in a B2B IT product company in a similar position
• Has experience working with a subscription SaaS model
• Can provide case studies demonstrating improvement in metrics such as sales funnel conversion, deal cycle, churn, average check, number of customers
• Has experience with unit economics, understands how to calculate / draw conclusions and use them
• Knows how to work with market trends, challenges, and limitations and understands how to apply them from a product sales perspective
