Senior CRM & Customer Analyst

Looking for a Senior CRM & Customer Analyst for an international iGaming brand 👾 🎰

This role is for an analyst who looks deeper than standard reports and helps answer the main question: why is this happening and what should be done next.

Responsibilities include: • customer behaviour, retention, churn and LTV; • analysis of CRM, bonus and loyalty mechanics; • A/B tests and evaluation of real incremental impact; • segmentation and analysis of the client base; • search for commercial opportunities and growth points.

Important: 3+ years of experience in CRM / Customer / Product / Marketing Analytics, strong SQL, good understanding of customer analytics and commercial thinking. Experience in iGaming 💜
