Monetization Game Designer We are a mobile game development team creating projects with a long-term audience and strong meta-game. We are looking for a game designer who understands how monetization is built and developed in F2P projects, knows how to work with game loops, economy, and user behavior. We value a person with a good eye for trends, market understanding, and a desire to influence product growth through a systematic approach and hypotheses.

Main Tasks:

• Identifying project growth points and generating ideas to increase key revenue metrics
• Developing monetization mechanics and supporting them at all stages of implementation
• Working with game economy, balance, and progression
• Forming, launching, and analyzing hypotheses, participating in A/B testing
• Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends in the gaming industry
• Preparing documentation and setting tasks for development and art
• Working with user retention, in-game loops, and engagement mechanics

We expect:

• At least 1 year of experience as a meta or monetization game designer
• A link to a released project where you were involved in monetization is mandatory
• Understanding of mobile F2P game monetization and ad monetization
• Experience working with game economy and balance
• Understanding of player retention principles and game loop construction
• Knowledge of A/B testing and product approach
• Good awareness of mobile games and understanding of current market trends

Will be a plus:

• English language
• Experience or interest in strategy / wargame genres
• Understanding of the specifics of distributed and remote teams
