Brand / PR Manager
Hello! We are Insperia — an online school for preparing for the Unified State Exam (EGE) and Basic State Exam (OGE) with 9 years of experience. During this time, we have helped over 28,000 students prepare for exams and annually educate over 10,000 schoolchildren in key subjects: Russian language, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, biology, and social studies.
We are building not just a school, but a strong EdTech brand and product ecosystem:
— developing our own LMS
— implementing AI in education
— building content and media around the brand
Currently, we are focusing on building Insperia as a media-educational company and are now looking for someone to help us with this and be responsible for increasing brand awareness and demand.
What you will need to do:
Your main task is to increase brand queries by 2–3 times in 6–12 months.
To achieve this, you will:
- Fully manage the PR direction from strategy to implementation
- Formulate the information agenda, search for and generate news hooks
- Control the presence of directions in the information field (ours and competitors') and analyze the results of PR campaigns
- Work with influencers and media personalities (from idea to agreements)
- Launch special projects and collaborations (videos, streams, online and offline events)
- Systematically work with the media: initiate publications and releases, develop contacts with journalists
- Participate in content creation with the team (creators, producers)
- Think about how to turn any project into reach and discussion (including UGC)
- Test hypotheses: what actually grows the brand, and what doesn't.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in PR agencies, media outlets, publications, or blogger agencies
- Has already executed projects with reach of 1M+ (and can prove it)
- Has worked with influencers / bloggers / media personalities
- Understands how the vertical content market (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) works
- Knows how to negotiate and bring collaborations to completion, as well as organize media placements
- Understands how to turn an event into a discussion (not just "something was filmed")
- Can offer ideas instead of waiting for tasks
- Quickly orientates themselves in a new audience (in our case, schoolchildren aged 14–17)
- Experience in EdTech or working with a teenage audience will be a plus.
What we are ready to offer:
- Salary (we are ready to discuss), and in the future, we are willing to add bonuses to the salary for meeting KPIs
- Remote format, we consider candidates from Saint Petersburg or Moscow, as shootings take place offline in these cities
- Flexible schedule: no strict start or end of the workday, the main thing for us is the result
- Opportunity to influence processes and see the results of your work
- Opportunity to influence the brand, not just "do tasks"
- Budget for experiments and projects
- Full payment of training if necessary
- Employment under an individual entrepreneur agreement (we compensate for the tax)
- A great team atmosphere and corporate events
