📌 Our expectations: – 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration; – knowledge of SQL Server internal architecture and DBMS principles; – practical experience with Always On; – understanding of Failover Clustering, Replication, and Log Shipping principles; – skills in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and DBMS fine-tuning; – confident proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell; – an advantage would be: experience with corporate (enterprise) and high-load systems, as well as experience managing/coordinating a small team.
