Description
The Construction Division's team is looking for a 1C Systems Analyst for Construction process automation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Designing solutions to develop the functionality of 1C:BitFinans, 1C:Document Management;
- Gathering, formalizing, and approving functional requirements and prototypes of future solutions with business customers;
- Preparing: as-is/to be business process descriptions, Technical Specifications (TS), Functional Technical Specifications (FTS), instructions for the systems being modified;
- Approving technical assignments and functional requirements with developers. Setting tasks for developers;
- Testing modifications and accepting tasks from developers. Handing over functionality to the customer;
- Analyzing the causes of emerging errors and eliminating their root causes;
- Consulting and training users on standard and modified functionality;
- Working through methodological issues for accounting for new processes;
- Demonstrating functionality to internal customers, analyzing and formalizing feedback and improvements.
Requirements
- Work experience as a 1C Systems Analyst for at least 3 years;
- Experience working with 1C:BitFinas, 1C:Document Management;
- Experience describing and setting tasks for development using 1C terminology, understanding functional architecture and system objects, skills in writing detailed TS for a developer unfamiliar with the configuration being modified, based on informal user requirements;
- Systematic approach, skills in localizing root causes and solving problems comprehensively;
- Skills and experience in describing business processes, knowledge of BPMN notation will be an advantage;
- Ability to speak the same language with developers;
- Ability to argue one's position reasonably, build interaction processes within the team and with business users;
- Ability to work independently and solve informal tasks under conditions of insufficient initial information;
- Instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
