🚀 Vacancy: VIP Team Lead | iGaming We are looking for an experienced VIP Team Lead to take charge of managing the VIP team, developing processes, and improving the efficiency of the VIP department. Currently, the team consists of 3–4 VIP Managers and is actively scaling. There is potential for career growth to Head of VIP. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of VIP Managers, distribute tasks, and monitor results. Monitor key KPIs: FRT, CSAT, VIP Retention. Analyze team performance and prepare reports. Handle complex VIP cases and escalations. Conduct 1:1 meetings, training, motivation, and employee development. Optimize processes and improve the quality of VIP service. Participate in recruitment and team scaling. 🎯 Our Expectations: Experience in the VIP segment of iGaming (Casino / Sportsbook). Team management experience of 4+ people. Understanding of VIP Retention, CRM, bonus mechanics, and loyalty programs. Ability to work with KPIs, analytics, and reporting. Experience in evaluating employee performance and development.
