Head of Affiliate

We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead our internal team and scale our global affiliate network across the iGaming and Forex sectors for a fast-growing performance marketing agency in Limassol! 🚀

Key Responsibilities: • Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the internal affiliate team • Onboard, negotiate, and maintain high-value affiliate partnerships (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) • Collaborate closely with Media Buying teams to align paid campaigns with affiliate channels • Track performance, ROI, and campaign metrics using industry tracking platforms

Requirements: • Proven affiliate management experience within iGaming & Forex • Track record in team leadership and people management • Solid understanding of media buying channels (PPC, Social, Native) • Strong analytical skills & experience with affiliate tracking software • Fluency in English & ability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
