☑️ What you will be doing
- Consult clients on 1C cloud services and ITS services — explain, select solutions, help them understand
- Select optimal tariffs and products based on the client's request
- Process incoming inquiries — clients come to you!
- Accurately transfer requests within the team so that each client receives timely assistance
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Have experience as a sales or support manager in IT/telecom (welcome) or have an IT education (e.g., in information security) — even without sales experience
- Ability to find an approach to people and work in partnership with the client
- Willingness to delve into technical details and quickly learn new information
- Understand the basics of the "1C:Enterprise" system or want to learn it
- Strive to help clients and maintain a high level of service
