Due to company growth, we are looking for a promising and ambitious Customer Onboarding and Development Manager!

We consider candidates from any region; the main requirements are stable internet and the ability to work Moscow time.

What you'll do: ● Conduct onboarding for new clients via Zoom ● Manage a dedicated base of existing clients, identify needs, and upsell ● Revitalize clients who have reduced activity ● Collect feedback and relay it to the product team ● Participate in sales meetings together with the sales manager (your role will be product expert, conducting the product presentation; some sales will be entirely on the Marketplace Manager's shoulders) No cold sales - you will only work with live and active clients.

Who we're looking for: ● B2B experience of 1+ year (account manager, customer success, or similar role) ● Confident negotiation and online presentation skills via Zoom ● Understanding of marketplace seller operations and basic analytics ● Proficient Excel, understanding of what a dashboard is and API methods A plus: experience in IT/SaaS, knowledge of BI tools, experience with marketplace products.
