A leading television channel in Uzbekistan is looking for an experienced General Director (CEO) to lead the company into a new stage of growth and development. This is a position for a strategic leader with a strong background in media, television, digital content, or the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities: — Strategic leadership and management of the channel's operational activities — Development and implementation of a long-term growth strategy — Control of programming policy, content, and commercial performance — Management and development of the top team — Audience growth, brand positioning, business development — Building relationships with key partners and advertisers — Financial results, compliance, corporate governance — Representing the channel at the industry level

Requirements: — Experience in a CEO, managing director, or general director position in the media, TV, broadcasting, or entertainment industry — Proven experience managing large teams and complex organizations — Strong commercial, operational, and strategic competencies — Experience in business scaling and organizational transformation — Fluent Russian and English languages — Willingness to relocate to Uzbekistan
