Requirements: Senior with potential to grow into Lead is possible. 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Specialist. Confident English (Upper-Intermediate+). Strong analytical and creative approach, confirmed by results. Ability to work with metrics and conduct research. Experience in creating technical specifications for designers. Competitive analysis skills (ad spy, funnels). Copywriting, experience with international markets is a plus. High level of independence and result orientation. Will be a plus: Experience with video and UGC. Understanding of web and mobile app marketing. Experience in B2C and niche products.

**Location:**📍Remote. Almost any country in the world (including BY). Office/hybrid in Warsaw.
