Lead Risk Analyst
United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ. We are looking for a risk analyst for the international division team, which focuses on the development of credit products in the countries where the company operates. The team is involved in adapting financial services, including lending to buyers and sellers, to local markets, taking into account regulatory requirements and the specifics of payment systems.
What you will do
- Develop strategy: build processes for issuing new credit products from scratch, propose and justify your own initiatives;
- Build financial models: jointly with related departments, analyze product profitability and find ways to increase it;
- Portfolio monitoring: Daily/weekly analysis of key metrics (Delinquency, AR, TR), anomaly and trend detection;
- Strategy validation: Evaluation of the effectiveness of existing scoring models and decision rules (PD models), A/B testing of new hypotheses;
- Cut-off strategies: Determination of optimal approval thresholds for balancing risk and approval rate;
- Automation: Preparation of requirements for dashboards and automated risk reports (for yourself and related departments)
What experience and knowledge are needed
- At least 5 years of experience as an analyst, of which at least 3 years as a risk analyst;
- Proficient in probability theory and mathematical statistics;
- Expertise in implementing risk analytics strategies;
- Proficiently know and use SQL in your work;
- Proficiently know and use Python in your work;
- Understanding of the lending process will be a big plus
