We are looking for a Head of Affiliate.

We are a top-2 IGaming holding. Following a successful launch in several LATAM countries, we are taking our affiliate program to the next level and, in connection with this, we are opening the position of Head of Affiliate for strategic development and scaling of operations in Peru and Chile.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy development and implementation
• Team building
• Strategic planning
• Traffic portfolio optimization
• Analytics and reporting

Requirements:

• Successful experience as Head / Team Lead affiliate for at least one year
• Experience in IGaming
• Experience working with Chile and Peru is mandatory.
• Understanding of local specifics
• Proactivity — the ability to independently come up with and test new ways of attracting traffic.

Conditions:

• Fully remote work format with a 5/2 schedule
• Fixed salary during the probationary period, then we will discuss the model.
