MGTS, Moscow's largest telecom company, is looking for a GPON Infrastructure Implementation Project Manager.
MGTS is the main telecommunications partner of Moscow and part of the MTS ecosystem. They design, build, and operate advanced telecommunications infrastructure, develop and implement new generation networks, and implement complex solutions for the Smart City.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and prepare scopes of work (design and survey, construction and installation) for network creation plans and their main elements in residential properties in Moscow and the Moscow Oblast;
- Supervise the design and construction processes of communication networks;
- Support contracts and the commissioning process for completed works, including closing them with primary documentation;
- Interact with contractors and third-party organizations in the process of creating communication networks.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher technical education;
- Knowledge of GPON construction principles and the design of telephone lines/ducts in urban conditions;
- Project management skills in construction.
