• responsibility for the engineering organization and delivery system;
• and the role of chief technical authority and owner of architectural integrity in our products.

🎯**Our ideal candidate: **

• 8–12+ years in engineering. An engineering leader with a strong technical background;
• 3–5+ years in roles of Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Principal Engineer / Tech Lead for multiple teams/products;
• Experience in fast-paced startups that launch 3+ new IT products per quarter;
• Experience scaling teams, processes, and architecture. Someone who has already built engineering systems, not just individual products;
• Understanding of AI / LLM systems at an architectural level (inference, RAG, evaluation, production constraints);
• Ability to think systemically, strategically, and on a horizon of several years.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) - for technical and business discussions, documentation, meetings with partners.
