Description
Responsibilities:**
Team Leadership: Managing a team of 7 designers, task delegation, quality control, and team development
Leading Major Projects: Leading complex projects at the intersection of product and communications: from task definition to final implementation.
Digital Communications: Creating and supervising Key Visuals for the product and regular digital communications: selecting metaphors, creating 3D and AI-generated visuals, and/or supervising designers and agencies
Cross-functional Interaction: Ensuring effective interaction between the design team and other teams (CRM, product, business, CGO), establishing processes
Requirements:
Experience in leading a design team or managing large projects.
Strong portfolio in communication design (Key Visual, landing pages, digital campaigns) and understanding of product design. Experience in CRM will be an advantage.
Ability to communicate with product designers and business on equal terms, defend one's point of view, and justify the position of communication design.
Personal qualities: Stress resistance, calmness, systemic thinking, and the ability to solve complex non-standard problems in conditions of uncertainty.
