We are looking for a Provider Manager to join an international payment integrator.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a stable network of payment providers to ensure stable payment processing and further scaling.
- Search for providers, assess their quality, and negotiate terms of cooperation.
- Launch integrations with developers, oversee their launch, and maintain ongoing interaction.
- Control the quality of payment processing.
- Continuously optimize connections.
- Results: connected and managed partner network, stable high-volume processing + scalable redirection model.
Requirements
- Experience in payment and processing services.
- Understanding of how payment aggregators and providers work.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to achieve favorable terms of cooperation.
- Ability to drive tasks to completion and manage the process.
- Excellent understanding of provider markets in India or Latin America: Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Bolivia, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Honduras, Uruguay, Dominican Republic.
- Existing network of contacts, platforms, merchants, and aggregators.
Conditions
- Fixed monthly salary (amount to be discussed) + bonuses for KPI achievement.
- KPIs are tied to: onboarding relevant aggregators and providers, quality (processing volume, stability), and payment processing volumes.
- Fully remote work.
- The project is already launched and successfully operating; further development is required.
