We are looking for someone who can help boost the People function in a fast-growing team: to bring order to the organizational structure, management processes, hiring, and onboarding.
What needs to be done in the next couple of months: — Conduct an organizational audit and identify key bottlenecks — Update the organizational structure and ownership — Establish a hiring flow and interview standards — Set up an onboarding and adaptation flow — Improve management practices — Review compensation/performance processes and identify areas for improvement
What we want to achieve in the end: — Less dependence on founders — Clear areas of responsibility — Systemic hiring and onboarding — A strong management layer
We are looking for someone with experience in fast-growing teams or startups. It is important to have a hands-on approach and the ability to build processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
