Sales Manager

We are looking for sales managers on a commission basis, remotely

We are Nightloom Development, a team of developers. We do backend and API, integrations, automation (n8n, Make), AI features, servers and deployment.

What is required: find companies and agencies that need such work and bring them to us. You don't need to understand the technology: estimation, deadlines, and technical calls are our responsibility.

Payment is a percentage of each client payment: • 15% - you provided a contact of a person who needs the work • 20% - led to a call or correspondence with a clear technical specification (TZ) • 25% - yourself led to prepayment

For repeat orders from your client - the same percentage for six months, then half for another six months. Payout after client payment, via Payoneer or crypto.

Example: you led a project for $2,000 to a call with a technical specification (TZ) - you get $400.

There is no base salary, we do not provide leads. We do not take clients from the Russian Federation.
